It is dedicated to provide the company’s women with opportunities to grow both professionally and personally while being a catalyst for business improvement. A group of employees formed around a common interest in order to support each other, such as to provide a forum to deal with issues relating to women in the workplace and worklife balance. The group also affords interested Costco men with an opportunity to serve advocates for women’s issues.
