Overview of Student Program
Costco has two student programs. By experiencing incredible growth potential both personally and professionally, you will increase your exposure to the upper management and fast track into management positions. Costco’s full time salary starts from hourly. Hourly wage will automatically be raised based on the hours you work. Student program allows you to take time off work to successfully complete your studies, and return to work between semesters at the same rate of pay while maintaining your seniority. Many of our leaders are graduates from this Student Program. Why don’t you think about your future career at Costco? Interviews for full time opportunity at Costco (All students who join these programs are eligible)
By participating in the Student Program, students can interview for a full time opportunity with the Director of Operations in the fall when you are a junior (one and a half years before your graduation). If you pass the interview, you could receive Naiteisho.
