BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
Business Membership is available to all licensed businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. The annual membership fee is ￥3,675〔Incl. tax〕including a household card. The business owner/president should visit a warehouse to sign up. Additional cards on your Business Membership are available for ￥2,675〔Incl. tax〕each. Business identification is required when applying for Business Membership.
The following information should be written on business identification when applying for Business Membership:

We accept a business card, utility bills, farming certification and/or copy of a company register as long as the above information is written. If the company name is not available, please bring a business license.
Additional Membership Cards (up to 6 employees):
If employees want to sign up as additional members on your Business Membership, please visit a warehouse with them. They need their own ID (driver’s license, insurance card, or passport etc) for sign up. If you cannot come with them please write a note to approve that they are your employees and they can sign up for additional membership cards. (You can write the note on the back of your business card, etc). In addition to the note, they need their own ID (driver license, insurance card, or passport etc) for sign up.
GOLD STAR MEMBERSHIP
Gold Star Membership is available for individuals. The Gold Star Membership is ￥4,200 〔Incl. tax〕per year, and includes a household card. Please bring your ID (driver’s license, insurance card or passport etc.) to the membership counter when you apply for membership.
＊ A free household card is available for any individual over the age of 18 years living at the same address as his/her Gold Start member, Business member or additional Business member. Individuals who do not live at the same address as his/her Gold Star member, Business member or additional Business member cannot sign up for a household card.

COSTCO ORICO CO-BRANDED CARD
You may apply for a Costco Orico Co-branded Credit Card, exclusively for Costco members, at any Costco location. You must have a valid membership to use the credit card.

＊ Other Orico Co-branded Credit Cards may not be used.
